  I’m convinced these technicians are actually wizards disguised in tool belts. My AC's air blower completely seized up, and I was about two minutes away from melting into the floorboards. I called them, and they arrived faster than a cat on a tin roof. They dove into the belly of the beast, worked some mechanical voodoo, and somehow convinced my piece mill old glory to live to fight another year. They didn't just fix a broken blower; they saved me from an existential summer crisis. If your AC dies, call them immediately before you become a puddle.

  We have been using the AC guys for a couple of years now. We are grateful to have professional and honest technicians come out to fix our A/C system. It was great to see a familiar face, Kevin, who provides a friendly and professional service. I highly recommend the A/C guys! (3 years ago). Just today (7/3/26), our AC fan started making a loud, concerning sound. We called them up, and they had someone at our door in about an hour. Chris inspected the unit and quickly found a plastic bag wrapped around the fan (if you have kids, you can probably guess how that happened!). He removed it safely and was on his way to his next call in no time. Whether it's seeing a familiar face like Kevin or meeting Chris for the first time, every technician who has come out quickly diagnoses the issue, resolves it, and never tries to upsell you. They provide friendly, professional, and honest service every single time. I highly recommend The AC Guys for a second time!

  If I could give 10 stars, I would! We contacted AC Guys on Thursday evening, and they originally scheduled us for 4:00 the next day. I realized we had a prior commitment and asked if there was any chance they could come earlier. They were incredibly accommodating and worked us into their schedule the very next morning. I was messaging with Matt, who was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Kevin came out to service our AC, and he took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on with our system. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. Our unit is very old and will likely need to be replaced soon. Normally, that would be a pretty stressful situation, but AC Guys made the whole experience feel manageable by being honest, informative, and never pushy. When it's time for a new system, I won't even consider calling anyone else. Highly recommend!

 Verified The wonderful fix-it man was able to get to us about a day after we first called to report dripping from the emergency overflow pipe on one of our AC units.   He blew out the drain line so now we are good for a while. It's always great to have cool air here in Central Texas. We recommend The AC Guys for any HVAC service.

  A/C guys responded quickly when I texted them yesterday, and the wonderful Repair Man showed up at the scheduled time today. It was a simple problem. All he had to do was blow out the clogged main drain line on one of my two AC units. So we are back to normal operation. He suggested that they can come back  on a week day to do scheduled routine maintenance and tuneup stuff on both my units. During weekends they are on-call for emergencies at overtime rates.

  Matt with the AC Guys has been amazing to work with! He’s come out for emergency calls when ants shorted my AC unit (twice! So now we have a pest guy too) and also for the semi-annual maintenance checks. He is very polite and professional (and a good whistler!)   Kevin from The AC Guys was outstanding. My outdoor condenser completely stopped turning on after heavy rain, and instead of immediately trying to upsell me on major repairs or a new system, he actually took the time to properly diagnose the issue step by step. He checked the contactor, capacitor, voltage, breaker, amp draws, and even inspected the main panel connections. Turns out the AC breaker had tripped, likely from a surge during the storm. He reset everything, verified the system was operating correctly, and explained everything clearly and honestly. As a homeowner, that level of transparency and professionalism goes a long way.
