In the hot summer months, we run around Kyle, Wimberley, Buda, and San Marcos like little ants with ants in their pants.  We repair or replace literally hundreds of air conditioners.  We’ve discovered that one of the biggest reasons those units failed was because of poor maintenance.  Given that your AC and heating system is the most expensive appliance in your home, it deserves a little attention from time to time. In Central Texas, HVAC systems run for an average of 3,000 hours per year. For those of you wondering, that’s roughly 1/3rd of the year. We, along with the equipment manufacturers, recommend having seasonal maintenance on your HVAC system at least twice per year, once before each major season.

What We Do During A Seasonal Maintenance Visit

With a 20+ point checklist in hand, a tool bag over one shoulder, refrigerant gauges over the other, and a flashlight in a pocket, our technicians can make sure your system is operating at its maximum awesomeness. During an HVAC maintenance visit, our technicians will inspect your HVAC system and ensure that everything is working properly, within factory specs. If parts are excessively worn and need to be replaced, we’ll be able to make the repair before your system breaks down, saving you time and money, while keeping your family comfortable all year long. 

The Family Plan

$198/year/system (or $16.50/month/system annual subscription).

If you have more than one system, those are $180/year/system (or $15.00/month/system annual subscription).
